Awarded at the IWMA Industry Lunch to be held on 21st February 2024 at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Manchester Airport, the Young Employee of the Year award recognises the next generation of outstanding talent in our sector and the contribution they make to their company, their team and their own professional development.

CRITERIA

  • The nominee, from any department within the business demonstrates a significant and sustainable contribution to their organisation, their team in which they work, and their own performance in line with the organisations business objectives.
  • They demonstrate a level of commitment to the objectives of the organisation above and beyond that normally expected of an individual working at their level.
  • The nominee demonstrates responsibility for their actions and the actions of those working around them as they contribute to their own area of responsibility.
  • They also demonstrate responsibility for their own professional development in line with the organisation’s performance management process.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Must be a current employee of a IWMA member company
  • Under 30 years of age at the time of the nomination.
  • Worked in their organisation for a minimum of 12 months.
  • The nomination period runs from 1st January 2023 – 31st December 2023
  • No correspondence regarding the winner or nominations will be entered into by the judges.
  • The decision of the judges is final and binding.

To enter submit a nomination detailing in no more than 1000 words, the achievements of the individual which will be judged against the specified criteria.

All applications must be received by 15th December 2023.
