WIRE DUSSELDORF 2022 – SETIC BOOTH – SPECIAL WRAP UP

After a 4 years hiatus, SETIC, POURTIER, C2S and BOW TECHNOLOGY participated to the Wire & Cable world’s leading trade fair in Düsseldorf from 20^th to 24^th June 2022.

“The trade show exceeded our expectations in term of quality, and variety of solid projects visitors brought us. For sure this trade show was of really good quality trade show”.

Compared with the former editions, SETIC, POURTIER & C2S welcomed less visitors, however the lower audience was hugely compensated by a higher interest and numerous large projects to discuss.

This quality and variety of discussions on our booth is the main reason we committed to attend the Wire Dusseldorf 2022. SETIC, POURTIER, C2S and BOW TECHNOLOGY always showed strong commitment to support the Wire & Cable industry, and once again visitors have rewarded and reinforced us by bringing repeat or new collaborations, even finalizing several contracts among them a repeat order for a Group Twinner line from a famous European cable player.

SETIC & POURTIER knowhow was displayed through machines on our booth. The reactions, curiosity, and number of questions from existing and new customers confirmed that the technological and modern solutions offered by SETIC, POURTIER & C2S are what the Wire & Cable industry needs for current and future productions facilities.

We exhibited:

• One complete High Speed 630 mm pairing line/quadding line composed of : Modernized design single bow Backtwist pay-off and Double twist Data Automotive, LAN and special cables, presenting our Solutions for Industry 4.0.
• 1000 mm High speed Single twist assembling machine (AST1000R) illustrating our solutions versatility (LAN, control, instrumentation, data, battery… cable) and flexibility (laying-up, stranding, wire armouring process).
• High Speed 1250 mm Double twist stranding machine (TC1250-4M) highlighting our large range of double twist machine up to 2000 mm for stranding up to 61 wires, laying-up of insulated cores or bare flexible copper conductors
• High Speed Tangential Taping Head 600 mm, 2 pads: Taping/Armouring Machines (Tangential, Oblique, Concentric, Longitudinal) to discover all kind of applicators for various taping process we can offer.
