Designed for operational efficiency and flexibility, the UPCAST process is based on a straightforward casting principle and features a modular layout that can be adapted to a variety of production requirements. Each line is tailored to suit the user’s input materials – be it cathode copper, recycled copper, or a combination, and typically includes a charging system, furnace, casting machine, and coilers.
