If you’re heading to wire Southeast Asia this year, there’s an important update you need to be aware of before you travel.

Thailand has introduced a mandatory Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) for all foreign visitors – including those entering under visa exemption. This new requirement replaces the traditional TM6 paper arrival card and must be completed online at least 72 hours before arrival.

What you need to do:

  • Submit your Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) via www.thaievisa.go.th
  • Provide your passport details, travel and accommodation information, and a short health declaration
  • Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months
  • Carry your return or onward flight details and accommodation confirmation – these may be requested at immigration

In addition, Thailand’s e-Visa system is now fully online and globally accessible. If your nationality requires a visa or you’re staying beyond the visa-exempt period, apply through the same official portal before travel.

We encourage all attending members to complete the required steps early to ensure a smooth arrival process. Please share this with colleagues attending the event.

See you in Bangkok!
