Tickets Are Now on Sale for The Great Connection at wire China 2026

After a busy day on the exhibition floor, there are few better places to continue the conversations than above one of the world’s most recognisable skylines.

 

Tickets are now on sale for The Great Connection at wire China 2026, taking place on Wednesday 23 September at CHAR Bar, Hotel Indigo Shanghai on the Bund.

 

With spectacular views across the Huangpu River and Shanghai’s iconic skyline, The Great Connection offers the perfect opportunity to unwind, reconnect with industry colleagues and enjoy an evening of networking in one of the city’s most memorable settings.

 

Guests will be welcomed with IWMA’s signature Aperol Spritz – familiar, vibrant and unmistakably IWMA, marking the beginning of an evening dedicated to bringing the industry together.

 

As drinks continue to flow, guests can enjoy light bites, live entertainment and conversations with colleagues and friends from across the global wire and cable industry.

 

As the evening draws to a close, the skyline will still be shining, the river still moving, and the conversations still flowing – a reminder that in this industry, connections do not end when the exhibition hall closes. Instead, in Shanghai, they simply rise to the rooftop.

 

IWMA members receive up to two complimentary tickets. Additional guests are welcome and will be invoiced to the member company at €60 per person, including complimentary drinks until 10:30pm and a finger food buffet.
