Temco: A New Chapter in Precision Copper Solutions

During December 2023 LEONI AG sold its Wire Products & Solutions business group (BG PS) to Deutsche Invest Mittelstand GmbH.

BG PS, now under the new brand Aerumtec group, is a specialist manufacturer of copper-based products and solutions whose products are customised to individual requirements and serve a wide range of industries, including automotive, aviation, renewables, and industrial applications.

Headquartered in Germany, the group runs production facilities in Germany, the UK and China, employing more than 500 people globally.  The business is operated by the companies

• Aerumtec Wire (Changzhou) Co Ltd. (formally LEONI Wire (Changzhou) Co, Ltd).
• Haarländer GmbH.
• TEMCO Wire Products Ltd (formally LEONI Temco Ltd)

Brian Cutts Managing Director of Temco Wire Products Ltd stated. The team welcomes and embraces the change of ownership, we take with us the knowledge and experience gained whilst an active member of the LEONI family over the past 27 years.

Now joining the Deutsche Invest Mittelstand (Di) family and remaining within the aerumtec group, our new name will be TEMCO Wire Products Ltd. We continue in our 10th decade of business and remain customer focused on Service, Quality, Cost and Delivery for our customer base and their market sectors.
