NIEHOFF: A View on the African, Chinese and Southeast Asian markets

NIEHOFF Magazine 2/2023 is available now

Maschinenfabrik Niehoff, international manufacturer of machinery for the wire and cable industry, has published a new issue of NIEHOFF Magazine. This rather extensive release highlights the three market areas Africa, China and Southeast Asia and simultaneously presents the trade fairs in these regions that are very important for Niehoff – wire Middle East Africa 2023 in Cairo, wire China 2023 in Shanghai and wire Southeast ASIA 2023 in Bangkok.

Niehoff customers among the wire and cable manufacturers in these markets unanimously report how crucial the outstanding capabilities of the machines and systems are – also because they can tap into large energy and material cost saving potentials. The examples MMH 121 type multiwire drawing machine, double twist bunching machine type D 632 and BMV 24 braider, which Niehoff and Niehoff Machinery Changzhou are showing at the wire China trade show, serve as proof of this statement. The same applies to the braiding machine type BMV 16, which will be on display at trade fair booth of Niehoff and Niehoff of Singapore in Bangkok.

The current issue of NIEHOFF Magazine reveals the special features of these machines, while introducing the two Niehoff subsidiaries and five major companies that use Niehoff technology. In alphabetical order, these are:

– the cable manufacturer Bahra Cables, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia;

– the automotive wires and cable manufacturer Force Group, Shanghai, China;

– the wire and cable manufacturer Walsin Lihwa Corporation, Taipei, Taiwan;

– the copper wire producer Xinhai Copper, Danyang City, Jiangsu Province, China and Wuwei City, Anhui Province, China;

– the copper and copper alloy conductors manufacturer Zhejiang Dongyi New Materials, Zhejiang, China.

The news section reports on the one hand about Mr. Alex Hoster, Managing Director of the Brazilian Niehoff subsidiary NHM, who recently retired, and on the other hand about NoI, the Indian subsidiary, which will soon start up a new production hall.

The NIEHOFF Magazine, published twice a year, informs its readers about company news and developments, trade fairs, events and many other interesting topics. The magazine published in English and German containing either some Chinese articles or at least a summary in Chinese is available online.
