We’ll present our extrusion technology for halogen-free flame-retardant (HFFR) compounds. Our patented extruder design and precise thermoregulation ensure optimal temperature control and consistently high output quality, making them a top-performing asset for these materials in the market. Built for long-term performance, our extrusion lines support a wide range of insulation and jacketing applications while minimizing maintenance requirements.
Our Multiwire Drawing Line, reaching 35 m/s and processing 48 wires, is designed to boost production efficiency while minimizing energy use and maintenance. A quick die change system eliminates restringing and reduces downtime.
Our Pail Packer Machine (PPM) efficiently handles coils up to 2 tonnes while minimising permanent twists. It supports multiple wire types with low maintenance and operational costs.
We’ll also present our rod preparation line, featuring our patented Mechanical Descaling system – an eco-friendly alternative to acid pickling – and our Electrolytic Phosphating lines, designed to enhance drawability and oxidation resistance.
Lastly, our Koch cold rolling lines offer high productivity, robust construction, and ease of use, featuring automatic snarl detection, stress-relief devices, and coil labeling support efficient “1-man” operation.
