Far off the coast of Europe, where strong winds meet the open sea, a powerful renewable energy project is shaping the future of clean power. For our company, it marked a significant opportunity – our polyethylene compound was selected as the jacketing material for 220 kV AL/XLPE/Smooth AL/HDPE cables used in this large-scale offshore wind farm. Designed to withstand the harsh marine environment, our high-quality HDPE ensures the cables are protected and perform reliably throughout their service life. These cables play a crucial role in transmitting renewable electricity from offshore facilities into onshore power grids, delivering energy to homes and businesses.
This achievement goes beyond supplying material; it reflects our role in enabling renewable energy infrastructure across Europe. Every metre of cable jacket represents our commitment to durability, safety, and the advancement of cleaner energy.
