Pentre Group is pleased to announce the completion of the cell with the addition of a new 800-tonne Wintec injection moulding machine. This investment increases the clamping force from 650 to 800 tonnes, enhancing our production capabilities.
Industrial Reels became part of Pentre Group in 1995, and we continue to produce a wide range of plastic reels – from the standard DIN range to bespoke designs tailored to our partners’ specific needs. We supply customers across the UK, EU, and international markets.
The Wintec t-win 8500-11000, integrated with an ENGEL Viper robot, it is the perfect machine for Pentre Group’s requirements of high output, consistent part quality, and energy efficiency.
The two-platen machine offers a compact design, using less factory space.
The Wintec features a proven design, with premium components that will reduce wear on the machine, helping to extend its service life of 15 to 20 years.
