The CSR 102 is a true multitasking powerhouse!
The IDEAL-Werk NC jig welding machine, type CSR, has been optimised for automated sheet metal and wire processing and can perform diverse welding and handling tasks in a single set-up.

Equipped with three independent NC welding press pairs, a 360° NC-controlled rotating electrode, and a 315° NC-controlled X-gun, it enables the production of wire mesh decks, smooth contours, and complex three-dimensional components like baskets.

Due to its modular design, the CSR can be effortlessly configured for project-specific welding tasks or expanded for future requirements.

From sheet metal connections and resistance spot welding to crosswire welding or stud welding—including the use of highly complex components with “pick and place” tools—the CSR is always the right solution.

Flexibility is the key factor, allowing the CSR to be used as a traditional single workstation, a fully automated system in an assembly line, or an operator less machining cell.
