Dear IWMA Members, Industry Partners and Colleagues,

As we begin a new year, I am very proud to address you as Chairman of IWMA. This year promises to be one of the most active, ambitious, and opportunity-filled years in our history, and I am delighted that you are part of it.

The global wire and cable industry continues to grow in importance, innovation, and responsibility. IWMA stands firmly at the centre of this international community, proudly representing members in all four corners of the globe. Wherever wire and cable is produced, developed, and advanced, IWMA is there – connecting companies, building relationships, and supporting progress.

This year brings a powerful programme of international exhibitions. IWMA is proud to support our partner Messe Düsseldorf GmbH at wire Düsseldorf, wire China, and wire India in 2026. At these world-leading exhibitions, our members will once again demonstrate excellence, capability, and leadership. IWMA will be present, visible, and active – supporting you, promoting you, and ensuring our industry shows its very best on the global stage. Any company exhibiting in the wire halls belongs at the heart of this community, and IWMA will continue to strengthen this unity and shared ambition.

Our events calendar is stronger and busier than ever, with more opportunities to meet, collaborate, learn, and build relationships. Networking has always been a defining strength of IWMA, and this year we will provide more platforms than ever for meaningful conversation, new partnerships, and real business development.
